Would have been great but the 1 T of kosher salt on the top made it inedible. Trying to brainstorm a way to recycle it. Will make it again with a fraction of the salt called for in the original recipe.

Sour Cream Pork Chops

I made this exactly as the recipe directed (didn't change a thing!) and it was wonderful. A very nice homestyle meal for Sunday supper. The sauce is niceley reminiscent of stroganoff.

Lemon Chiffon Pudding

Love this! I didn't alter the recipe at all and it was fabulous! Reminiscent of lemon bars and lemon merengue pie. This seperates into two wonderful layers, cake on top, pudding on the bottom. My new comfort food! Thanks for sharing this one.
