I live in Utah with my husband and two kids, we stay busy with our company and cows!! I am good to help out on the farm...but would much prefer to be lying on the beach in Southern California!! I am very outgoing and up to try anything once! I love cooking in general!! Great family meals would be my fav. including a great dessert! We rasie beef so i am always trying to come up with new recipes to make it intresting! My cooking style is somewhat latin I love all the spices! Last Easter i cooked a HUGE meal for the family, and recieved compliments on the whole presentation, so it was a big success! I am always "lightening" up recipes, and i have had a few things come out unedible to my family, but i have always still acted like i thought it was fine!!
