Salsafied Chicken and Rice
This was pretty good :-). And super fast too. Can't beat that when you've got 4 kids ages 5 & under! It's really good w/ tortilla chips too. Adding a sprinkling of onion powder, garlic powder, & chili powder w/ the salt & pepper are the only changes that I made. I will definitely make again but will try to cut down the sodium by not sprinkling the salt on the chicken & possibly using a low-sodium broth. I found myself drinking a lot of water as I stuffed my face ;-).

Dallas-Style Sloppy Joes
This was probably the best sloppy joe recipe I've ever tasted & certainly that I've ever made. My husband liked it too. We like our sloppy joe a little sweeter, so I would recommend starting w/ the sweet ingredients first & then adding the acidic ones like worcestershire & AC vinegar to taste. I added way more brown sugar than the recipe called for. I also used Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ sauce rather than hickory flavored. I also omitted the bell pepper b/c we don't really like it.
