I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out perfect! These pleased a household of 6 - 5 of whom are very picky eaters I might add. These are so easy and versatile that I will be making these regularly!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting
Very tasty on a spice cake, not too sweet. Make sure to thicken and be quick if your planing on piping with it. It will break down if reaches room temp, or over worked. Remember to keep refridgerated!

Homemade Vanilla Pudding
I followed recipe exactly, very sweet and lumpy. I ended up using this in a cake recipe, just too sweet and lumpy to eat 'as is' for my taste. Highly recommend to follow other reviewer's advice by mixing ingredients first, then add milk to avoid lumps - also cut back on the sugar.
