Good cookies but we had to lower the temp to 400 and raise our rack up to the third slots to keep the bottoms from burning.

We are having this again this evening for supper, great recipe. We tried it as written the first time and ever since have added seasonings and other ingredients per our taste. We now make our own homemade dressing to put in it, however still top the dish with the soup and broth mixture. We use this recipe at least once a month and works out just great for the two of us.

This cornbread is absolutely fabulous. We cooked it for 32 minutes instead of the recommended 20 to 25 minutes, since using a cast iron pan instead of square pan. Repeat absolutely delicious. This recipe will be made in our household for years to come.
