Fluffy Pancakes with Wheat Germ and Applesauce

Absolutely heavenly! I veganized the recipe by using EnerG egg substitute (beaten stiff w/ mixer) and almond & rice milk. I also added a banana. They were extremely moist and the fluffiest vegan pancakes ever! Thank you! This will now be my "go-to recipe!"

Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

For the vegans out there, here's what I did (and correct me if I'm wrong w/ any of the ingredients): Vegan butter spread EnerG egg substitute Still very good but oddly salty? Usually I omit salt completely from cookie recipes but this time I didn't and I wish I would have. The cookies didn't spread out at all, which is fine, but you can put them close together on the cookie sheet. Good stuff!!!
