Mexican Rice II
This recipe for Mexican Rice is GREAT! I used regular salt instead of garlic salt, Japanese short grain rice instead of long grain, and chopped tomato instead of tomato sauce. It truly was as good as other people had said. I made it for my family and everyone loved it! I will for sure make this again, and as an added plus,it is super easy to make!
