I like baking mostly because I work in a bakery. Cookies and cakes are my favorite because I enjoy decorating them.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My boyfriend and I started a new new traditions 2 years ago. On New Years Eve we stay home and cook jigs dinner, after midnight we sit down to eat to celebrate the new year.
My cooking triumphs
The first time I tried to make a cheese cake it came out perfect! My boyfriend and family really enjoyed it.
My cooking tragedies
I tried a new chocolate chip cookie recipe a few days ago,when I took it out of the oven it had spread over the entire pan. It was so greasey it slid right off the pan.

Best Peanut Butter Cookies Ever
These are really good I only gave a 4 because I made some changes. I used 1 cup of white sugar and 1 cup of golden brown sugar then I added 1 cup of chocolate chips. They came out soft and chewy and not too sweet. My boyfriend really enjoyed them so I made them for a Christining. Everyone loved them and asked for the recipe.

Boston Cream Pie II
I've been looking for a great custard recipe and now I've found it!I didn't want the cake this time, but after having the custard its next on my list.

Get-Well Custard
Maybe I did something wrong, but I baked it for an extra 10 minutes before the knife came out clean. After it cooled it was so watery I hade to throw it down the sink.
