Pumpkin Chip Muffins
These were so easy to make! I only used 1 cup of oil and they came out perfect. I also sprinkled mini chocolate chips on top. The kids loved them!

Apple Cake I
This was moist and delicious! My family really liked it and I felt good about them eating it because I overloaded it with apples and it still turned out great. My son said it didn't have enough spices so I will try it again with more apple pie spices.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts
These were DELICIOUS! The best we have ever made. They are light and fluffy just like you would buy at the bakery but even better because they are homemade and richer. We did half of them with the delicious buttery glaze and half just rolled in sugar. This will be the recipe I pass on to my children.
