Tater Tot Casserole III
Great, easy, all-in-one dish! Tasty too! I did cut the milk in half though. I think the recipe asks for way too much. Good comfort-food dish!

Chicken Chimichangas with Green Sauce
Restaurant-quality chimis! They were so tasty! I made them as is except we skipped on the olives as my family does not care for olives. The green sauce just really sets them off. My hard to impress husband was impressed with this recipe. I will definitely make these again.
