These were very good meatballs. I used a whole can of chipotle peppers but I like it very spicy. I took them to my work and everyone loved them and ate them up. I followed the directions just like it said.

Easy Chicken Posole

I have been looking for a long time for an easy posole recipe. This is it!! My husband is Mexican and when I go to his families house they use other kinds of meat and I didn't want to have to go through the hassle like they did. My husband came home from work and I served this with some radishes, lime, and little raw cabbage for toppings. He loved it!! Thanks for the great recipe.

Salisbury Steak

I didn't care for this recipe. I left out the ketchup and added more bread crumbs like some users suggested but it still wasn't that good. When I think of salisbury steak I think of a gravy that is thick and a beef kind of flavor. Sorry but thanks for the recipe anyway.

Amazing Chicken

Very good chicken. I loved this recipe. I will be making it all the time. I did play it up a little and added some spices of my choice. I served it with garlic sauteed green beans and roasted potatoes. Thanks for the good recipe.

Men Love This Steak

Very good steak. I made this tonight with some refried beans and sliced avacado. My husband is hispanic so he like his beans. I doubled the veggies because I made four steaks. Turned out great. My husband said it was one of the best steaks he has ever had. Thanks for the recipe and I will be making this all the time!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Great dip!! It is one of the besy dips ever!! I took it to a Birthday party and everyone loved it. My brother took the leftovers home because he couldnt stop eating it. Thanks for the recipe.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is the best tasting pot roast. I followed the directions just as you said. Next time I might add some potatoes. My husband is Mexican and is a very picky eater. I made him try some and he loves it. He had his family come over and try it and now everyone is making it!!!! I out the left over gravy on some rice and it was awesome. THANKS.
