Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia
OMG.... so good!!!! Taste just like fried w/o the guilt. I used panko crumbs and added some garlic and onion powder as well as some salt free seasoning to cornmeal mix. Served with homemade tartar sauce. (light mayo, prepared horseradish, dill relish and dash of lemon juice)

Cheesy Creamed Spinach
I made this last nite and it was wonderful!! My 17 yr old even ate it and he doesn't do "healthy". I made it with fat free sour cream and 1% milk instead of heavy cream and turned out great...also added bacon bits :-)

Chocolate Brittle Surprise
I made these last nite and WOW sooo easy and made the house smell great! I used graham crackers because I didn't have any soda crackers and I used chopped walnuts. Hubby kept asking me when they were going to ready. He even had some for breakfast this morning! Thanks for the recipe.
