I am sorry. My family did not enjoy this dish at all. I made it exactly as written. Everything was cooked well, but we just did not like the flavor at all. Sorry for the bad review

Very Good - This will become a regular for my family. I added some chicken boulion when I put in the water, and added 2 cans of mixed veggies an hour before I put the biscuits in. I used 10 biscits and cooked for an additional 2 hours. It was just as good warmed up the next day. Thanks for another winner!

My advice is to invest $20.00 at Target for a quesadilla maker. It makes perfect 10" quesadillas in 3 minutes without the mess. This is the first recipe that we tried and we loved it. It was a little soupy from the tomatoes, so we drained it. The entire family loved it and came back for more. I doubled the recipe and froze some for a 5 minute dinner in the near future.
