Ok so I know that you aren't supposed to change the recipe, but this is a great recipe to not rate! All I do is double the sauce and throw in a can of Ro-Tel tomatoes. If you want it spicier, add cayenne pepper/red pepper flakes to the sauce. That's it... other than that it's an awesome recipe that we've used many many times.

Eh... I think that the puff pastry gave it a good texture, but the actual filling was a little bland... maybe a little too easy. But it tasted decent, at least we aren't starving! :)

Very good, the marinade gives the salmon a great flavor. I wouldn't change a thing!
