BBQ Chicken Salad

This was good. I steamed the vegetables like someone else said, but next time I will do it for a shorter period so they are still nice and crunchy. I also added about 2 tsp Lowry's seasoning salt because I felt like it needed salt when I was finished.

Asian-Style Zucchini

This was good, but I felt like I needed to 1/2 the whole thing except add more zucchini. Maybe I just needed a larger zucchini, but it seemed alittle overpowering with all the sesame seeds and soy sauce. Next time I'll use less and it will have a better flavor and still taste like zucchini

Maple Dill Carrots

It's hard to get my husband to eat vegetables, but he actually told me to make this one again. He said he was a real fan of the dill. The sauce was a bit runny, but it still left a nice flavor.

Chicken and Broccoli Braid

Despite looking very hard to make, this was easy and it made me look like I knew how to cook. The only thing I would change is to add less dill. I like dill but this much was over powering. Also I followed some of the other advice and sauteed the vegetables before baking which gave them a better flavor.

Jill's Salsa

This was an awesome recipe. I also added about 1/3 cup of chopped onion and a tsp of sugar. I used Rotel chopped tomatos & green chilis to make it a little easier on myself. My husband and I ate the whole thing in one sitting.
