Fruitcake Cookies

Great! As good as fruitcake! Yes, I am a fan of those little dense bricks that are circulated at the holidays. These cookies were an easy and non-intimidating way to distribute the candied fruit goodness. Love the spiciness of these...I wouldn't change a thing!

I don't know if I am not a catfish fan or not a breaded fried any fish fan. I think I just prefer my fish grilled, sauted, baked, etc...

Spooky Witches Fingers

Great! They went over well at the party visually and were pleasing to the pallet. I added some green food coloring to the dough to make them look like witches fingers and used whole blanched almonds for the nails. My God Daughter asked if I would make them for her office party...there is a dessert contest. I am doing that now, how can I say "no"?

Turkey Burger Pie

Good recipe. Easy to prepare. Seconds were had and leftovers were eaten. I would like to experiment with other meats and seasonings in the future. The basic pie recipe has many possibilities.

Good. A little on the salty side as written. I took others advice and halved the sugar with brown sugar. Really glad I lined the pan with foil, thanks for that advice!!! I will try it again, cutting the sodium a bit.
