Granny's Banana Bread
I think this was as good as it would get for being so healthy. I guess i'm just use to oil/butter banana bread. It did seem to have an odd texture. But it was good. Might make it again.

Apple Breakfast Bread
Very good. I would always throw away apples that got to soft. Now I use them to make this bread. Really good!
