BBQ Dry Rub
What an amazing base rub! I rubbed it on pork ribs and added some raspberry vinaigrette. Cranked up the oven to 400F and half an hour later - moist, delicious ribs. I can't wait to try out the remainder with the different combinations in the other reviews!

Triple the Ginger Cookies
As long as you have a food chopper, this recipe is quite easy! A 2-inch piece of fresh ginger will yield the amount needed in this recipe - although of course, adding more doesn't hurt! The dough is really sticky - I recommend rolling the dough into logs with saran wrap and freezing it, then slicing it into rounds. I found the ginger flavors had more time to meld and intensify after storing the dough in the freezer. This is a wonderful ginger cookie!

Sweet Dinner Rolls
Delicious! This recipe is so simple, I've already memorized it! The bread turned out exactly as described; soft, light and sweet. I made rolls and added 3 tbsp of honey. I also followed previous reviewers suggestions on brushing a mixture of honey and butter on the rolls before and after baking. The result reminded me of the rolls served at a famous steakhouse too. These rolls warm up nicely the next day in the microwave (10 seconds).
