Grandma's Corn Chowder
I made this exactly as the recipe said to. To me it lacked alot of flavor. I will make it again, but I will substitute chicken stock for the water. I will also not mix the bacon in until the end so that it remains crunchy and I think I will add another can of corn that I will drain first. I prefer a bit more substance to my soup...this was a little too watery.
