Kickin' Collard Greens
Awesome way to use collards from my CSA share- it was the first time I've ever made them. I made the leftovers into a potato soup w/ collards which was great, too! Thank you!

Baba Ghanoush
I loved this recipe! I will cut back to 1 clove of garlic when I make it again because the 2 cloves seemed to overpower the delicate eggplant. I love a garlicy hummus, but baba is different. It was wonderful, and even my 1-year-old enjoyed it!

Cream of Mushroom Soup I
A close second to Julia Child's famous mushroom soup recipe... it is very tasty.
