Fried Empanadas

It got so many good reviews I thought I'd give it a try. It was bland, greasy and extremely disappointing. I hate wasting food but we tossed these and ended up eating a frozen pizza for dinner instead.

Empanadas

I used strawberry pie filling and I also tried a few with lemon curd. The ones with the lemon curd all leaked. But the strawberry ones turned out pretty decent. And I tossed mine into some powdered sugar. Not overwhelmingly great but still tasty.

Delicious Baked Chicken

I tried it for dinner tonight to try to have something different for dinner. It was completely flavorless. I even marinated the chicken for two hours before baking and they were still terrible. we ended up eating fish sticks instead. what a waste!

Pina Colada Cake III

I followed this receipe exactly as written. It was delicious. The rum was not at all overpowering and added just enough kick. Everyone loved it and asked for the recipe. I will definitely make this cake again.

Fuzzy Navel Cake II

This was the first cake I ever baked. It was moist and everyone loved it. That said, I have to say that I did not taste any peach flavor at all. It was just a moist and tasty cake. I'll probably make it again but only after I've figured out a way to make it way more peachy.

Chicken In Sour Cream

It wasn't "blow your mind" delicious so, it gets three stars from me. It was good though. The salt content was just right for my taste. Nice dilly flavor.
