Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies II
When i saw the comment someone posted about using a hand mixer and making sure the ingredients were mixed very thoroughly, i cringed. Please, please don't over-mix! It's so easy in cookies especially, the glucose in the flour breaks down and the quality of the cookie goes down so much. Anyway, these cookies were great. I used wheat flour and they turned out fabulous.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
Amazing cookies. To keep them soft, makesure they are stored in an airtight container. If they are coming out flat add about 2/3cup more extra flour and they'll come out much better. These are really a croud pleaser!

Fluffy White Frosting
Really good. It tastes a little unsweet and overly gooey at first but in a minute or two after it sets it's amazing! Great on sugar cookies!
