Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This turned out great! Added baby carrots, sweet onion and a little bit of celery, 1/2 c. red wine and a few hefty dashes of Worcestershire sauce. Rubbed meat with rosemary, oregano and thyme. Once cooked, strained the broth and then thickened with flour to make gravy. Added 1/4 c. or so of sherry to taste. Fantastic with new potatoes!
