Pumpkin Casserole
SO good, I brought this for a potluck and instantly everyone wanted the recipe! Although it is not a very attractive dish it tastes wonderful!

No Bake Cereal Cookies
This recipe was perfect for a day at the beach! I made them the night before in about 5 minutes! They kept for about a week in a pyrex dish that came with a snap on lid! They were not hard AT ALL!! They were chewy and gooey and wonderful!!

Tangy Almond Chicken Kabobs
This was an alright recipe it didn't really work well being made into kabobs with peppers etc. b/c the meat took way too long to cook....
