Great salsa! We used the recipe more as a jumping off point and didn't really follow the recipe. We modified it slightly by using fresh tomatoes and fresh jalepenos. We didn't have any cilantro, so we added cumin and chili powder to taste, along with more salt than the recipe called for. Finally, since we didn't have any lime, we put in a shot of lime flavored gin. The salsa turned out great with these modifications. I'd say that any salsa recipe is more a matter of individual taste than recipe following, and this recipe allowed us to put together a batch of salsa we really liked.

Loved the flavor of the cake. My family all loved it. I had some problem getting the pecans and sugar to coat the pan. Next time I'll combine the two before coating the pan.
