Filipino Spaghetti
This sounded so odd, I thought I would give this a chance...should have stuck with my gut instincts. Found banana ketsup at the ethnic store and followed the directions, but this was so awful!

Amy's Po' Man Green Beans and Sausage Dish
Green beans turned into mush with the long cooking time--a waste of perfectly good fresh beans.

Spiced Tomato Jam/Butter
Thank you for this old time delight! Grandma used to make this for us; always a treat to pop a jar open in winter & remember what a great summer we had.
