Blueberry French Toast
This was absolutely delicious! I had soooo many compliments... huge hit! Just because I had some, I added some white chocolate liquor to the egg custard batter which gave it an even sweeter and creamier taste!

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana
I love this soup... I used fat free half and half and only 1 large potato, as I prefer a more brothy soup than chunky... i also used Kale... Delicious! On a side note... I've tried to cut corners and leave the sausage in the pan the whole time, rather than setting it aside and draining it... it still tastes good, but there is an orange grease layer on top of the soup if you do this... doesn't really alter the taste, but it looks a lot better if you drain the sausage (not to mention the extra fat is removed)
