Kevin's Sea Shells
This was delicious! Made a few weeks ago when I was stuck home due to snow. I kid you not...my fiance' gets this smile on his face when he tells people about this meal. Took the leftovers to our office...my co-workers are hoping I will make this again soon very soon! Thanks for the fab recipe.

Coq au Vin alla Italiana
Fabulous! Last night was the second time I have made this. Boneless skinless thighs, doubled the mushrooms (chunks of portabello) 2 cans of Hunt's Diced Italian tomatoes. Cooked for about an hour. Richard....this one is out of the park!!!! Thank you.

Blake's Best Steak
Seriously, this was excellent. Followed the recipe to the letter, cooked them to just under medium rare, let them sit under tented foil for a few...sooo good. The simplest ingredients so often produce stellar food!!
