Maple Salmon
Fantastic recipe. We'd gotten into a bit of a salmon rut, and I'd been looking for a new way to serve it for awhile. This really fit the bill. It was SO good. Even my 2 year-old and 4 year-old gobbled it up!

Garlic and Ranch Turkey Burgers
I agree with the previous reviewer. This was not good. I tried this recipe several times, but no matter what I did, I could not get the burgers to stick together. I also thought they were EXTREMELY salty. Nobody liked them much.

Spinach Chicken Parmesan
This was just ok, in my opinion. It was fine for a weeknight, but we actually thought that it was a little lacking in flavor. I probably won't make this again.
