Argentine Lentil Stew
Delish!! I have been making a shorter version of this recipe for years, and my husband came up with the idea of adding bbq sauce to the finished dish. We've been eating it that way ever since! I used chicken sausage w/ apples and added a little cayenne pepper to kick it up a bit. Perfect balance of sweet, spicy and salty. Also, in placeo of broth or salt, I have used onion soup mix instead (omitting some of the chopped onion as well). We usually pair with rice or cornbread and dollop with bbq sauce. Great as leftovers, too!!!

Cracked Sugar Cookies I
I LOVED this cookie! I followed this recipe to a tee and the cookies came out perfect! Just as many other described, the chewy middle was the best part! I also used "Sugar Cookie Frosting" from this site and had a blast decorating the cookies with a holiday theme. Will pass this recipe on and I will definitely use it again! Thanks!

Sugar Cookie Frosting
Delish!! CAUTION: This recipe yeilds 48 servings (a double batch of "Cracked Sugar Cookies" from this site) which ended up being the perfect amount. I followed everything to a tee and even experimented a bit. To get into the spirit of the holidays, I added a small amount (1/2 tsp) of Peppermint Extract to half of the frosting. It was a huge hit! I will definitely use this recipe again!
