Ham and Potatoes Au Gratin
I like to cut the potatoes thickly. Cooked for 1 hour covered with foil, 30 minutes uncovered and used white cheddar.

Sweet Corn Cake
I love the flavor of this dish, I would also follow other reviewers suggestions by cutting the sugar to a 1/4 of a cup and using creamed corn instead of pureed corn
