Sweet and Sour Meatballs II
Loved this recipe, and my husband has asked that it go into the rotation. I actually didn't have any vinegar, so I used pineapple juice (along with chunks) and a bit of lemon juice for the tang, and it turned out just fine. I also cut back on the brown sugar, as the pineapple juice added some sweetness. On top of it all, I didn't have any soy sauce, so I added some salt to make up for it. That is the best thing about this recipe...you can substitute and mix it up, and it still turns out great!

Ramen Noodle Salad
I loved this recipe! If you break up the noodles and add just a touch of olive oil while boiling, the noodles don't stick. I left out the bell pepper, and added almond slivers. I used 3 packets of the seasoning to the 1 cup of mayonnaise, and it had just the right flavoring. I minced the onion and celery, and did a course chop of the waterchestnuts, so no single ingredient was too overpowering. It got rave reviews at the potluck. Thanks for this recipe!
