I have two dogs that I really like to cook for as well as a large family that loves desserts. I love hiking, walking my dogs, reading and cooking of course. Desserts and main dishes. I love Mexican food. I also love cooking cakes and breads. They are so rewarding when they first come out of the oven. Every year for Thanksgiving we make this delicious side dish called pink stuff and for Christmas we make shishkin, we got the recipe from my great grandmother who is German. I seriously make the best salsa and guacamole. I have made them both so many times that I can make them better than almost anyone I know (other than my dad and grandma :) Chocolate cake. I can't seem to get the right consistencies. It seems sticky when I make it.
