Boston Baked Beans
I made this in my 4 qt crock pot. I soaked the beans for almost a day (just because it turned out that way). Used chicken broth instead of water. Cooked them 18 hrs, stirring a few times and skimming fat at the end. They were done sooner, but I turned the pot to high and took off the lid to cook down the liquid the last couple of hours. They were delicious!

Garlic Chicken
I was so skeptical because chicken breasts are always too dry for my taste. I made this recipe as it states and the result was awesome!! Yum!!

Bananas 'N' Cream Bundt Cake
Our family cannot have sugar, so I made it with Splenda and whole wheat flour. I was wary, but it turned out delicious! More a nut bread than a cake, dense. It baked up shorter, but very moist.
