Boston Baked Beans
I made this in my 4 qt crock pot. I soaked the beans for almost a day (just because it turned out that way). Used chicken broth instead of water. Cooked them 18 hrs, stirring a few times and skimming fat at the end. They were done sooner, but I turned the pot to high and took off the lid to cook down the liquid the last couple of hours. They were delicious!
