I've been cooking since I was about 3 years old, my mom bought me a little cookbook for kids that came with colored measuring spoons. And so my passion was born.
I love to find better ways of doing things and I've found quite a few on this site. Using floss to cut through cinnamon rolls or sticky buns, using waxed paper or plastic wrap for rolling out cookies, buscuits, or pie crust, absolute genius! There's always something new to be found!
My cooking tragedies
When I was about 8 years old I tried to make chocolate chip cookies, and when they came out of the over and cooled they had the exact consistancy of toffey. They were stretchy and chewy and sticky.
I still don't know what I did wrong.
