Coconut-Cornflake Cookies
Very good corn flake maccaroon ! My first batch I followed `the recipe to a t, but baked only for 12 - 13 min. Center cookies trurned out good, outside cookies burnt on the bottom. This is likely just a quirk of my oven, I found at just a smidge over 300 and 10 min worked well for me.

Italian Meat Loaf
A wonderful twist to an old classic!! This is sure to become a regular favorite in our house. The only changes I made were replacing the green peppers with some red, orange, and yellow, and I used crushed up saltines instead of the bread crumbs, because that was what I had, and I cooked it in the oven at 350 for an hour draining off the grease twice, topping with sauce then cooking 20 min longer instead of the microwave. Turned out very moist and flavorful. Lisa, Thanks for the new family favorite!!

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
Great recipe !! I made this before I started the filling, only to find out the recipe I was using called for an already baked pie shell (should have read the whole recipe first, a lesson learned on my part)I rolled it out and placed it in a pie plate, and baked it at 350 for 10 min then cooled it in the fridge. Turned out great, best crust I have ever made !!
