I am currently working as a nanny, so cooking is part of the job. I am also a Nia instructor and am studying to teach modern dance.

My favorite things to cook

I started when I was young with baking a trying a new cookie recipe every week. As always, Russian tea cakes were my favorite. I love trying new things as well as perfecting old, and have been traveling since I was 15, so I have a broad range of tastes.

Cream Cheese Brownies III

This is a truly orgasmic recipe. I couldn't stop eating the batter. I used walnuts and a type of goat cheese since I am allergic to dairy, and it turned out great! I decorated the top with cocoa powder which went great with the swirls. Truly festive. It was gone within moments at the party I served it at. Lick your fingers amazing!
