Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

This dish is quite tasty and very easy to make. It was a hit at our picnic. I think I will get a lot of use out of those cinnamon chips

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

This was great. I made some embellishments to the recipe. I added some worcestershire sauce, onion powder and season salt. I didn't have quite 2lbs of turkey but it still came out great. My BF who is not a fan of ground turkey was quite impressed. He came back for seconds which is quite a complement.

Traditional Mashed Potatoes

This was really easy to make. I've only attempted to make mashed potatoes once and it turned in to a glue like paste. It was a mess. Needless to say I was very wary of trying again. This recipe was great. I received praise from my BF who is hard to please

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
