Calico Bean Casserole
Got this receipt from a friend and had to make it myself! I doubled it for a party and it was a hit. I sub butter beans for navy beans. As others have recommended , I strained the beans to make it thicker. Next time I will fry the bacon first to get it more crunchy. I did bake this but the receipt didn't call to cover it. BIG Mistake..had some crunchy Kidney beans-YIKES!! Will either cover or try crock pot next time. Excellent keeper receipt!

White Chili II
Excellent recipe!!...I agree 'chili' is a little misleading unless you puree the beans to give it some thickness. We have always received RAVE reviews for this and everyone wants the recipe....so I send them here!
