WOW! What a great recipe! My husband wanted curry chicken for dinner, but I didn't have coconut milk or special spices on hand. This recipe was so easy, simple and had the curry taste he was looking for. Used more curry and garlic powder per other suggestions on reviews. Will be making this again soon.

My husband said it tasted like I sprinkled taco seasoning on the chicken and baked it - not the blackened chicken taste I had hoped for. On the plus side, it was very moist.
