German Apple Pancake
I tried this instead of my usual Cook's Illustrated German Apple Pancake. I should have stuck with Cook's! This has way too much egg and is very "meh". I highly suggest the Cook's Illustrated one!

Eh. I can see why people love these. I love dessert but these are just crazy sweet and I even omitted the sugar from the crust. Too much of a good thing.

Eggs Benedict
This was the first time I made eggs benedict and I decided I wanted to make it while I was making bacon. The sauce was super quick and easy but like the other posters said, there's too much lemon! I always read the reviews b/4 I make a recipe but I didn't this time...oops! Used regular bacon instead of canadian. Quick, easy and good recipe!
