Eggs Benedict
This was the first time I made eggs benedict and I decided I wanted to make it while I was making bacon. The sauce was super quick and easy but like the other posters said, there's too much lemon! I always read the reviews b/4 I make a recipe but I didn't this time...oops! Used regular bacon instead of canadian. Quick, easy and good recipe!
