Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie
I have used this recipe for over 10 years and it only gets better. Love love love this. If i want to get a bit crazy i double the spices and add a little extra pumpkin. I make my fresh pumpkin from a regular pumpkin. i rarely use a sugar pumpkin.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
if its not good for you then you did something wrong. Ive been baking well over 15 years and have come to realize that some recipes you can not double or halve. it needs to be made as is. and cookie recipes should not be halved. I have made this recipe for the last year and my friends and family rave about them. My daughter begs me weekly to make them.

Four Egg Yellow Cake
AMAZING cake. Loved it. the only thing i did different was add 1tsp almond extract and after the cake was done it tasted like a sugar cookie. i made peanutbutter frosting and it was so amazing
