I have 3 almost grown kids, do they ever really grow up. My Love, is truly an incredible man. I am still in the process of getting my degree and time is something that is usually in short supply. My favorite thing to cook is chili. I have taken ideas from different sources and managed to create a truly wonderful chili. I have recently learned how to make Spanish Rice and it is delicious. I cant wait to make it again. I actually restarted a family tradition, making Christmas cookies. It takes all day to bake and an additional day to prepare everything. All the kids love this. They enjoyed decorating the cookies and would get very creative... Baking. Baking bread to be exact. I made Rye bread. It was wonderful and very tasty after cooling a little with some butter on it. I had tried a few times to make bread. You know its a diaster when your dough wont raise. Its a sign that you killed your yeast. So anyone who makes bread and your dough rises, Congratulations. Its quite an accomplishment.
