Apple Muffins
I didn't like the recipe. I tried out exactly as it was listed, it came out too bland and had no texture or taste.

Chocolate Cupcakes
I had to bake them for 10 minutes longer as another reviewer had mentioned and also I feel that the texture is too soft...

Fig and Date Bread
great bread- very fruity and easy to make. I substituted raisins for figs and it turne dout nice.we loved its flavour.
