Just the shape and color of frostings were changed in this recipe. Use a star shapped cookie cutter for the poinsettia. I used a large leaf tip #70 to frost the petals and a small leaf tip #28 to make small green frosting leaves between each petal. Peanuts were used in the center to look like flower stamen.
