I am originally from Puerto Rico. I love to cook Puerto Rican dishes. I enjoy cooking Chinese and Italian Food. Rice and Beans, Chicken Stew, Pasteles Pastelon, Cuchifritos(fried pastries), Flan. Anything with Plantains!!! Anything in the Oven!!!! Everytime I'm invited to a friends house for dinner, I land up cooking in the kitchen. When I started to learn how to cook Indian curry I burned it. It was awful. If you burn it you have to throw it out.
