Baked Asian-Style Honey Chicken
This was really good. I used chicken breasts because that's what I had on hand. I doubled the marinade hoping that there would be some sauce to put over rice but there wasn't much. Next time I will triple the marinade. I served it with Basmati rice and broccoli.

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef
This was good. I added garlic and onion and it was a little bland as others mentioned. Even so I would make this again. I served it with egg noodles and everyone ate without complaint.

Turkey Lo Mein
This was okay. Good way to use up ramen noodles. I used the already shredded cabbage/carrot mix for cole slaw because I didn't feel like chopping and that worked well. It was decent but I don''t think I would make it again. Hubs and dad liked it. Mom and my daughter didn't.
