Hash Brown Casserole II
Very yummy and guests RAVED about it, all asking for the recipe. I used "Simply potatoes" shredded hash browns (in refrigerated section, not frozen). This recipe is actually on the back of the bag. I omitted the onion as I forgot to buy one and added a few dashes of garlic salt. Also omitted the salt and pepper (figure people can add to their liking). I prepared it the night before and then refrigerated and baked in the morning- very quick and easy. I thought the corn flake topping made it!

Blue Cheese Dip I
I made this for a holiday party and everyone loved it! I made it the night before (without baking), refrigerated it and then baked it the night of the party. I served it with Triscuit crisps and toasted french bread. The bacon really made it yummy! Thanks for the recipe!!
