Hash Brown Casserole II
Very yummy and guests RAVED about it, all asking for the recipe. I used "Simply potatoes" shredded hash browns (in refrigerated section, not frozen). This recipe is actually on the back of the bag. I omitted the onion as I forgot to buy one and added a few dashes of garlic salt. Also omitted the salt and pepper (figure people can add to their liking). I prepared it the night before and then refrigerated and baked in the morning- very quick and easy. I thought the corn flake topping made it!
