Whole Wheat Pumpkin-Applesauce Muffins
Very good! I do suggest greasing the muffin cups and not using the paper liners. The first time I made them I used the liners and the muffins stuck to the liners. When I just greased the muffin cups they turned out perfectly.

Buttery Soft Pretzels
I had to use a lot more water than the recipe calls for to get a workable dough. Ended up using about 1 3/4 cups instead of 1 1/4 cups. After that adjustment the pretzels turned out very well.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Very good! Perfect peanut butter cookie recipe. Works great for hershey kiss cookies too.
