We first tasted this at our friends and have since made it many times. It is always a huge hit and looks impressive. It has great flavor and the jalapeno is not hot! However we use fresh jalapenos not canned and make sure you use gloves when you cut the jalapenos or you will burn your hands.

Pumpkin Bars I

These are very easy and delicious. I used whole wheat flour instead of white and they still turned out yummy. My 12 year old son said they are the best bars ever! I also bought a can of cream cheese frosting and spread over the top. This recipe is definately a keeper.

Taco Seasoning I

One night I wanted to make tacos but I was out of taco seasoning so I looked this up on my computer and had everything already in my cubboard to whip this up. My family thought the tacos were great. I will make this seasoning from now on instead of buying the little packets.

Nontraditional Crab Dip

I made this dip today for a Christmas potluck at work. Everyone raved about good it is and made copies of the recipe. I left out the jalapeno & instead added Old Bay Seasoning. This is a keeper and I will be making it again for our Christmas Eve Gathering.
